Description
The mill buildings at Holdingham Farm date from the 19th century and are constructed of red brick. They feature a diagonal-set brick eaves cornice and have irregularly placed windows and doors. At the time of the survey, the buildings appeared to be undergoing restoration. There is also a small, separate octagonal toll-house from the mid-19th century, which is a single storey and has a 'Gothic' window on each face, along with a slate roof that has lost its finial. Holdingham Farmhouse and the mill buildings are recognized as a group.
