Description

The barn and pigeoncote at Hill Farm date from the late 18th century and were altered in the early 19th century. They are constructed from coursed squared limestone rubble, with red brick on the right side, and feature a pantiled roof. The front is irregular, two storeys high, and has four bays. On the ground floor, there are three planked doorways and two fixed lights with two glazing bars each. The first floor has three planked openings, and to the right, there is a planked three-tier flight hole for the pigeoncote, which includes five external brick perches. All openings are topped with timber lintels. This building is included for its group value only.
