Description

This is an early to mid-19th century building on Jermyn Street. It is two storeys high and constructed of coursed stone, with a hipped roof covered in Welsh slate, featuring a central brick stack. The front elevation has one single-light window and one three-light window, both set within stone surrounds; these windows lack glazing bars. A side elevation contains one window to each storey, which have Gothic glazing bars within pointed stone surrounds. A tall doorway is set within a stone surround and topped with a pointed stone lintel, leading to a panelled door beneath a rectangular fanlight. The listed buildings on the north side of Jermyn Street form a cohesive group.
