Description

This building is a cottage located in Club Yard, dating from the 18th century. It is constructed of coursed rubble and features a single-storey design with a pantile ridge roof and three red brick stacks.

On the north side, there are three sliding casements with wooden lintels and a single modern dormer. The south front has three windows with modern casements and wooden lintels, along with two doors: one has a small glazed porch, while the other is a modern French window. There are also three dormers with sliding casements. To the east, there is a barn that has been converted into a garage.
