Description
No. 313 High Street is a house that has been converted into a shop and restaurant. It dates from the mid-19th century and has undergone some alterations in the late 20th century. The building features a stucco front with stone dressings and a plain tile roof, which has a side wall stack. Notable architectural details include quoins, a first-floor band, a moulded eaves cornice, and a balustrade with pedestals. The structure is three storeys high and has three bays. The shopfront, which is from the 20th century, is stone clad and includes a full-width fascia. Above the shopfront, there are three plain sash windows with moulded architraves and cornices, and on the top floor, there are three additional plain sash windows. The interior has not been inspected.
