Description
The former stable range, now used as garages, is located 70 meters north of Deloraine Court. It dates from the late 18th century and has undergone some alterations in the 20th century. The building is constructed of brick with stone dressings and features plain tile and pantile roofs. It has an impost band and dentilled eaves, and is a single storey with attics, comprising five bays.
In the center, there is a close-boarded door with a blank fanlight, flanked by single round-headed glazing bar casements. To the left, there are a pair of close-boarded garage doors with a wooden lintel. Above, to the left and in the center, are hipped dormers with glazing bar casements. The east end, facing the street, has a similar dormer above a 20th-century garage door. The interior has not been inspected.
