Description
The garages located to the southeast of the lodge were originally stable buildings from the late 18th century and have been altered since a fire in 1870. They are constructed of yellow brick in Flemish bond and feature a hipped Welsh slate roof on the left and a gabled roof on the right. The structure is a single-storey, five-bay range. The central gabled bay has a plank door on the left above 20th-century double doors. To the left, there are lunette windows with late 19th-century casements, which flank a rolled steel joist over the 20th-century double doors. On the right, there is a segmental-arched late 19th-century casement and three sets of 20th-century garage doors. The interior has not been inspected. The building is flanked by mid to late 16th-century walls made of English bond brick, approximately 16 meters to the left and 11 meters to the right.
