Description
No. 13A Minster Yard, which also includes No. 9 Pottergate, is a house that has been converted into three flats. It dates from around 1750 and has undergone alterations in the late 18th and 19th centuries. The building is constructed of brick, which has been colourwashed, and features a hipped slate roof with three brick ridge stacks. There is a chamfered string course and remnants of coped gables. The structure consists of two storeys plus a basement and has five bays. On the right side, there is a flat-roofed stucco porch from the 19th century, which has a half-glazed door and an overlight. To the left of the porch are four glazing bar sash windows, and above them are five smaller sash windows. The rear of the building has two segment-headed windows on each floor. The interior has not been inspected.
