Description

Lizzie's House is a cottage dating from the mid-18th century. Originally constructed with mud and stud, it is now faced with red brick and features some weatherboarding. The roof is made of pantiles over thatch, and there is a red brick stack at the right gable. The building is a single storey plus a garret and consists of three bays. The central doorway has a plank door and is flanked by single tripartite glazing bar casements. Inside, there are some posts, rails, and curved braces.
