Description

This mid-19th century warehouse is built from red brick and features a hipped slate roof. It stands three storeys tall with an attic and has a nine-bay front. The building showcases a dentillated eaves course and a gabled centre bay. The central entrance consists of full-height double planked doors, which are flanked by four triangular-headed plain sash windows and louvred openings. The second and third floors have similar window arrangements. In the attic, there are gabled double doors in the centre, along with single flanking louvred gabled dormers that have clapboard cheeks. The warehouse is located next to the Louth Navigation Canal, which was opened in 1767.
