Description

The gateway to the north of Hainton Hall, dating from around 1807 and possibly designed by Peter Atkinson, is constructed of rendered brick. It features a round-headed archway that is pilastered and projects outward, complete with a raised keystone. Above the archway is a gable adorned with modillions. The flanking screen walls also have a modillioned cornice, and there are smaller archways in the east and west walls to the south.
