Description

Holton Lodge Farm House is a farmhouse built around 1800. It is constructed of red brick and features a pantile roof with brick coped tumbled gables and kneelers, along with two brick gable stacks. The building is in an L-plan configuration, with the rear range being lower and possibly a later addition. It has two storeys with a garret and a three-bay front, which includes a brick dentillated eaves course. The central entrance consists of a panelled door set within a wooden pedimented doorcase, flanked by single glazing bar sash windows, and there are three additional glazing bar sashes with flush splayed lintels.
