Description

WEST KEAL KEAL COATES TF 36 SE 5/91 Westfield Farmhouse II Cottage. Early C18, altered and extended C19. Mud and stud, underbuilt partly in brick, rendered, pantile roof, axial ridge stack. Lobby entry plan. L-plan, rear range added C19. Single storey plus garret, 3 bay front. Central planked door, flanked by single glazing bar sashes with segmental heads. Rear range in brick with gable chimney and a catslide lean-to with dairy. Interior retains beam with narrow run out stops. Bayposts, tie beams and braces. Planked doors. Staircase beside chimney. In rear range a ladder to loft.
