Description
The Rectory is a building dating from 1799, with alterations made in the late 19th century. It is constructed of red brick and features a hipped slate roof with overhanging eaves, a single front wall stack, and a side stack. The structure is two stories high and has a three-bay front, with the end bays slightly projecting. The central entrance consists of a panelled door with a traceried fanlight, set within a recessed semi-circular headed surround, and is flanked by full-height glazing bar sash windows. On the first floor, there are three smaller windows of a similar style, although the right-hand windows are painted blanks. All openings are topped with cambered splayed brick lintels. To the left, there is a late 19th-century single-bay, two-story extension.
