The roof is half hipped and covered with pantiles, featuring a single ridge brick stack. The cottage has a lobby entry plan and is a single storey plus attics, with a four-bay front. The entrance is an off-centre planked door, with a single plain casement window to the left and two plain casement windows with cambered heads to the right. In the roof, there is a gabled dormer that contains a two-light casement window.
