Description
Beecroft Cottage is a 17th-century cottage that has been altered in the late 19th and 20th centuries. It is constructed of mud and stud, with a colourwashed finish and a brick gable end. The roof is half hipped and covered with pantiles, featuring a single ridge brick stack. The cottage has a lobby entry plan and is a single storey plus attics, with a four-bay front. The entrance is an off-centre planked door, with a single plain casement window to the left and two plain casement windows with cambered heads to the right. In the roof, there is a gabled dormer that contains a two-light casement window.
