Description

The Old Manor House is a cottage dating back to 1688, with alterations made in the 19th century. It is constructed of timber and studwork, now cased in brick, and is topped with a half-hipped pantile roof. A central axial stack rises from the building. The cottage has a single storey with a garret visible in the roof. It features three three-light leaded casement windows, each with a segmental brick arch. A former list description noted a carving on the chimney bressumer reading "1688 Here lyeth the hart of...". The interior has not been inspected.
