Description

The Old Rectory, built in 1839, is a former rectory that now serves as a house. It is constructed of yellow brick and features a slate roof with overhanging eaves and two ridge stacks. The building is two stories high with a three-bay front, which includes angle pilasters and a band at the first floor. The central doorway is set within a rusticated brick surround, featuring a recessed half-glazed door with a traceried overlight, and is flanked by single glazing bar sash windows. On the first floor, there are three similar windows, all with flat brick arched heads. The building is incorrectly labeled as the Rectory on the Ordnance Survey map.
