Description
Pilgrim Mansions is a mid-19th century warehouse, now converted into flats, located on South Street in Boston. The building has been altered in the 20th century. It is constructed of red brick in bond and features a Welsh slate roof with stone coped gables and kneelers.
The exterior consists of four storeys with a three-bay gabled front facing South Street, which has an angled corner to the right. On the left side, there is a window, while the right side has a set of 20th-century doors leading to a substation. Above these, there are three windows on each floor and an additional single window in the gable. The window openings have brick segmental arches and 20th-century casements, with the ground floor openings and brickwork being rebuilt in the 20th century. The long side of the building has 12 bays, featuring further 20th-century two-light openings and a reused side entrance from the same period. The interior has not been inspected.
