Description

The gate-pier located in Lockington Park, 225 metres southeast of Lockington Hall, dates from the 18th century and is constructed of ashlar stone. It features a rusticated square-plan design with side pilasters and a moulded capital. The vase finial on top of the pier is missing. This gate-pier is one of a pair, with the other being listed separately.
