Description

The base of a cross, dating from the medieval period, is located approximately 2 meters southwest of the tower of the Church of Mary the Virgin in Thorpe Arnold. It is made of limestone and features a square base with broach stops leading to an octagonal top, which supports the stump of an octagonal cross shaft.
