Description
This building is a cottage and stable located adjacent to the north of The Hall on Eaton Hall Lane, Eastwell. It dates from the mid-18th century and is constructed of coursed ironstone with a slate roof. The cottage features two storeys and has a west side with five window bays, which include casement windows with glazing bars. The first floor has four casements. The roof is gabled and has a central limestone stack with three flues. The east side of the cottage is accessed through a door located to the right of the elevation, and there are three irregularly placed casements on each floor. Additionally, there is a single-storey stable range that runs to the north.
