Description
Hill Farmhouse is a late 18th-century farmhouse constructed of red brick with a slate roof. It features a brick ridge stack located to the right of the center and an end stack on the left. The building stands three storeys high, with a toothed eaves course and reduced proportions on the second floor. The front has a regular arrangement of three windows, with three-light casements that have segmental heads on the ground and first floors. The two outer windows on the second floor are blind but painted to imitate glazing bar casements. There is a door to the right of the center, which has a rectangular overlight and a bracketed hood.
