Description

No. 7 Station Road is a house that was originally two dwellings and had a former shop. It dates from the late 18th century and is constructed of brick with a Swithland slate roof. The building is two storeys high and has three bays. There is a doorway on the right side beneath a round arched head, which is balanced by a similar door on the left that is now disused. The left-hand window features a curving bay that was once a shop window with small panes. Beyond that, there is a 2-light horizontally sliding sash window with a flat splayed head. The upper windows are also 2-lights with upper opening panes. The building has dentilled eaves and gable end stacks.
