Description

Bridge Number 59 on the Grand Union Canal is an early 19th-century structure made of brick. It features coping and end buttresses with coping stones, as well as a brick band and a brick segmental arch. The Grand Union Canal was engineered by Benjamin Bevan and completed in 1814.
