Description

The Hill is a house of 1909, built in the Jacobean style. It is constructed of rusticated stone with a tiled roof. The house has a gabled design and originally featured approximately eight windows on the first floor. A bay window extends from the ground floor of the northern gable. The windows are casements with mullions and transoms. An advanced, two-storey porch is positioned off-centre and includes a door with a segmental pediment, engaged Ionic pilasters, and a chequered panel. A datestone indicates the year 1909.
