Description

Gilmorton Mill is an early 19th-century tower mill located on the east side of Gilmorton Mill Lane. The mill features a heavily battered red brick tower with various openings, most of which are segment-headed. There is a doorway with a boarded door on the first floor facing west. The mill has several later 20th-century extensions. At the time of the last survey in 1985, the mill was derelict and undergoing restoration, and no machinery remains in place.
