Description
Hall Farm Stables is a farmhouse built in the mid-18th century, with some alterations from the early 19th century and repairs made in the 20th century. The building is constructed of brick and features a Swithland slate roof, with a gable stack, ridge stack, and a coped east gable. It has a brick plinth with moulded set-offs, a first-floor band, and a moulded eaves cornice.
The west front of the stables is two storeys high and consists of three bays. The central doorway has a flat hood supported by brackets, a six-panel door, and a glazed overlight. This doorway is flanked by single tripartite sashes with cambered arches. Above the doorway, there is a single plain sash, also flanked by single tripartite sashes, all featuring cambered arches.
