Description

The bridge over Medbourne Brook, built in 1820 by Joseph Vinrace, is a Grade II listed structure. It is constructed of red brick with stone coping and features an iron railing on the north side. The bridge has a single three-centred arch, with a circular hole on each side. The sides are splayed, leading to low stone-coped end piers. There is a stone-coped brick parapet on the south side and a simple iron railing on the north side, which is positioned over a lower stone-coped parapet. For further details on the date and architect, refer to the Victoria County History, Volume V, page 229.
