Description

This is a late 18th-century house on the south side of High Street, Kibworth Beauchamp. The building is constructed of red brick with a Welsh slate roof and brick end stacks. It has two painted stuccoed sill bands and brick dentilled eaves. The front elevation features three storeys with originally three 1/1 sash windows on each level. Three 20th-century single-light windows are now on the second floor. The windows have cambered lintels. A central wooden doorcase has pilasters and a bracketted broken pediment. The front door is six-panelled with an overlight, incorporating an elaborate pattern of diamonds and other shapes in its glazing bars.
