Description

Two cottages, dating from the 18th century. The cottages are constructed of red brick, with some areas rendered and a corrugated iron roof featuring a brick stack in the centre. The right-hand gable has a brick coping and shoulder, and a brick band runs along part of the building. The upper part of the front facing is rendered; the front is to the right. The upper floor has three windows: a 4/8 sash window, a 20th-century one-light window with a top light, and a two-light casement window. On the ground floor, from left to right, are an 8/8 sash window, a wooden doorcase with a small, bracketed hood and door, an 8/8 sash window, a plank door, and a two-light horizontal sliding sash window.
