Description

This is an early 19th-century terrace of houses set back from Northampton Road. The facade is roughcast with horizontal bands at the first-floor sill level and at the eaves, topped with a small parapet. The terrace is three storeys high and contains nine windows, with the central three windows slightly projecting. The windows are sash windows with glazing bars. The central window on the second floor of each of the three advanced bays is blank. The ground-floor windows are round-arched, and the doorways have round-arched fanlights of similar design, alongside each house. First-floor windows are each accompanied by a small, plain iron balconette, with the central window of each group of three having slightly more decorative detailing.
