Description

2 Manor Cottages is a cottage dated 1654, which was mostly rebuilt in the early 18th century. It features red brick construction and a Welsh slate roof, with a brick stack at the right end. A brick band runs along the building. The cottage has two storeys, each with two two-light casements. The central entrance has a wooden doorcase with an entablature and a six-panelled door. The left end of the cottage adjoins Carpenters House. Inside, there is said to be a beam inscribed 'W.A. 1654'.
