Description

No. 124 Brook Street is a cottage that possibly dates back to the 17th century. It is constructed with a timber frame and rendered exterior, topped with a steeply pitched pantiled roof that features ridge crestings. The building is 1½ storeys tall and has gable end stacks. A visible plinth can be seen on the side elevation. The front has a central door flanked by a three-light casement window on either side. Above the door, to the right, there is a half dormer and a small single-light casement window.
