No. 64 has a two-unit plan, with the doorway located to the right of the elevation. To the left of the door, there is a wide 16-light sash window with slender astragals. Above this, at a higher level, is a 3-light casement window with fixed upper lights. There are also two horizontal sliding sashes above. A possible blocked doorway is located in the center. The house has axial and projecting gable end stacks.
