Description
The Pied Bull is a public house, likely dating from the 17th century. It features a roughcast exterior, probably over a timber frame, set on a rubble plinth. The roof is thatched, although the rear slope is slated. There are brick stacks at both ends and a central stack at the rear. The building is two stories tall and has a three-window range. A gap in the plinth indicates that the entrance was originally located between the central and right-hand bays, but it has since been moved to the space between the central and left-hand bays, now featuring a 20th-century porch. The windows are three-light casements with glazing bars. To the right side, there is a one-storey extension that is roughcast with a possible roof, and at the rear, there is a gabled brick extension.
