Description
The garden wall next to the church in Etwall Park, located 5 metres southwest of the Etwall Almshouses, is likely from the 17th century with later alterations. It is constructed of sandstone and red brick, featuring vitrified heads and concrete. The structure consists of two walls, each 8 feet high, that meet at right angles. The walls are made of red brick set on a sandstone plinth, with stone quoins at the junction on the southern end of the eastern wall. They are topped with concrete coping blocks. This wall is the only remaining part of the park wall that once surrounded the now-demolished Etwall Hall and is included for its group value.
