Description

The stable block at the Old Rectory is a 19th-century structure that now serves as outbuildings. It is built of red brick and features a plain tile roof. The building has two storeys and a three-bay south elevation. On the ground floor, there are four doorways, mostly fitted with stable-type doors, and three windows above, all set under flat arches. External stone steps on the west wall lead to an upper doorway. Inside, there are two cruck trusses, one of which is complete, while the other reaches up to the top collar. This building is listed for its group value only.
