Description

The Saracen's Head is a public house dating to 1791. It is constructed of painted brick with a plain tile roof, and brick ridge and gable stacks. The east elevation has four bays, with a three-bay, double-fronted section to the south. The central doorway has a plank door and overlight, and is flanked by segmental arched windows with small-paned tripartite wooden casements. Above, a central narrow window with a flat arch is flanked by similar two-light windows, all with small-paned wooden casements. A gabled bay is set forward on the right-hand side.
