Description
Bradbourne Mill House is an 18th-century mill house with a 19th-century addition, located on the south side of Ashbourne Road in Bradbourne. The building is constructed of random limestone rubble with flush dressings and features a plain tile roof. It has a central brick stack, stone coped gables, and moulded kneelers.
The house is two storeys high and has a two-bay front. In the center, there are two 2-light chamfered mullion windows, with doors on either side. Above these, there are two similar windows, all of which have small paned casements. To the west, there is a single-storey 19th-century outshut that includes a 3-light recessed and chamfered mullion window with a dripmould. The outshut also features moulded stone coped gables and kneelers, topped with a stone slate roof.
