Description
This is a barn located to the northeast of Lea Hall Farmhouse, dating from the early 18th century. It is constructed of rubble limestone with gritstone dressings and features a plain tile roof with stone-coped gables, which have moulded kneelers and finials. The barn is two storeys high and has flush quoins.
On the west elevation, the ground floor includes three stable doors and three square windows. Above these, there is a single square opening with a chamfered lintel and quoins. A similar opening can be found in the south gable end. There are 19th-century brick additions to both the west and east sides of the barn. The building is listed for its group value only.
