Description

Offcote Grange is a house dating from the early 18th century. It is constructed of brick with stone dressings and has a plain tile roof with stone coped gables and kneelers, along with brick gable end stacks. The house is three storeys high on the south side and two storeys high on the north side.

The south elevation has three bays and features a central doorway with a chamfered stone surround and quoins. The doorway has part-glazed double doors, with a raised and fielded central panel. Flanking the doorway are tripartite glazing bar sash windows. Above are three glazing bar sash windows, the centre one being narrower, and three further, smaller glazing bar windows above again. A brick stringcourse runs between each floor, and a brick eaves cornice tops the elevation.

The west elevation has three blocked two-light square section stone mullion windows.

Inside, there is a wooden staircase with fretted balusters and polygonal ball finials.
