Description

Holt House, dating from the late 18th century, is an ashlar-built house of three storeys. It has three sash windows, each framed by moulded architraves. Prominent Ionic pilasters, fluted in detail, flank the sides and define the central section. A plain perron with railings leads to a French windowed entrance on the second storey. A recessed arched entrance provides access to the basement. A moulded cornice runs around the building, topped by a parapet.
