Description

3 Knowleston Place is a dated 1621 house in Matlock, built of coursed stone rubble. It is a two-storey building with a plain gable front. The ground floor features a later sash window and a plain doorway, both set in plain stone surrounds. A stone plaque displays the initials "W G W" above the date. Nos. 3 to 15 (odd numbers) form a group.
