Description
The Green Cottage and Rose Cottage, along with their attached outbuildings, are cottages dating from the 17th and 18th centuries. They are constructed from rubblestone with ashlar dressings and feature a plain tiled roof supported by two brick stacks. The buildings are two-storeys high and have an irregular arrangement of windows, prominently featuring two large cross windows with flush stone mullions that extend through both storeys. The right-hand window retains its original glazing bar mullion windows. There is a doorway with a stone lintel. Rose Cottage, which is attached on the left, has had all its windows replaced. The outbuildings are connected to the right side of the cottages and share a continuous roof.
