Description

Sydnope Hall is a house dating primarily from 1852, although it incorporates earlier Tudor fabric. The building is constructed of ashlar stone and is two storeys high, with a long, embattled range. A prominent, embattled and buttressed porch features an open arched bay on three sides. The facade has ten windows with square hood moulds. A three-storeyed tower is located on the right-hand side. The roof is covered in old stone tiles. While the exterior largely dates to 1852, it retains considerable character. The interior is not specifically described in the historical record.
