Description

The farm buildings at The Hagge are a collection of well-built structures made from coursed stone rubble, dating from the 17th century and later. The wing that is at a right angle to the house is likely the oldest part, featuring mullioned windows with hood moulds. The buildings include both single-storey and two-storey sections, with coped gabled ends. Most of the roofs are covered with old stone slates, although some sections have red pantiles. The Hagge, along with the garden walls and the farm buildings, forms a cohesive group.
