Description

Springwell House is a house dating from the early 19th century. It is constructed of brick with ashlar sandstone dressings, featuring end brick chimneys and a hipped slated roof. The south-east elevation has two storeys and three bays, with glazing bar sash windows that have 4 x 4 panes, positioned towards the front of the reveals and beneath stone wedge lintels. The central doorway has a 20th-century door and is topped by a rectangular overlight with glazing bars.
