Description
The former coach house and stables at the rear of Bank Close, including the connecting walls and gatepiers, is an early 19th century building that forms a courtyard. It is constructed of ashlar stone with quoins and a string course above the ground floor, and it features a slate roof. The building has two storeys and includes two round arched windows at the first floor level. The ground floor has two central arches with keystones, flanked to the south-west by a round arched window and to the north-east by a door with a radial fanlight and stone architraves. There is also a one-storey outshut on the north-eastern side that contains a round arched window.
