Description
The building is a former Methodist Church, constructed in 1869. It is made of red brick with decorative chromatic brick and stone details, topped with a slate roof. The north and south ends of the church are apsidal, featuring corner turrets at both ends of the street facade and at the southwest corner. These turrets have truncated pyramidal roofs that are topped with iron balustrades.
The church is two storeys high and has a total of seven round-arched windows. The arches of the windows are adorned with chromatic brick dressings and coade stone bands at the impost height. There are stone bands that connect the corbelled window sills. Each window features moulded iron tracery, including three twisted columns, and there are geometric patterns in blue brickwork between the windows. The south end apse contains three similar windows, and there is one window in each turret on this facade. Additionally, there are doors on each elevation.
