Description

No. 38 Glumangate is a 2-storey building dating from 1887, as indicated by a plaque under the central first-floor window. It features a well-proportioned symmetrical facade made of red brick, topped with a moulded dentil eaves cornice. The roof is not visible. There is a stuccoed band at the height of the first-floor sills. The building has five windows, with the outer two on each floor being paired, and the ground floor windows are taller. The windows and door are adorned with segmental brick arches, and the door has a keystone. The entrance consists of six panelled double doors with a plain fanlight above.
